Mission Statement

ICF Pune Chapter exists to focus upon and accomplish the following objectives with time-bound concurrent initiatives with the active support of the chapter stakeholders:

Promotion of ICF global membership from the designated geographical area of Pune and take the ICF Pune chapter to a chartered chapter status.
Through high-quality learning initiatives, coaching opportunities and ICF global information channels facilitate the development and advancement of the coaching fraternity.
Through collaborative & signature partnerships with like-minded institutions promote community development and facilitate social change through high-quality coaching interventions.
Promote coaching within corporate & social organizations as an effective medium for the development of leaders, managers, teams and entrepreneurs for high impact performance.

Credentials

ICF Credential-holders are part of a self-regulating group of elite coaches who provide accountability to clients and the coaching profession as a whole. They pursue and complete rigorous education and practice requirements that provide unquestioned legitimacy to their commitment to excellence in coaching.

What We Believe

ICF has taken the lead in developing a philosophy of coaching and establishing ethical standards among its members. Through its own Code of Ethics, Ethical Conduct Review Process, Program Complaint Process and Independent Review Board (IRB), ICF sets professional coaching standards while also giving consumers a venue to file ethics complaints about ICF Members, ICF Credential-holders or ICF-accredited training programs. ICF Pune chapter is aligned with these standards
